Dear Colleagues and Friends,

I am pleased to announce that I have completed my Doctor of Public Health degree with distinction. My graduation from Walden’s College of Health Sciences and Public Policy signifies the conclusion of an extraordinary journey that began many years ago. Along the journey, each of my mentors, instructors, and peers offered me invaluable support, advice, and motivation, for which I am profoundly thankful. With this degree, I am equipped to join the fight for improved global public health outcomes. I am delighted to take advantage of this chance to assist communities whose health has been disproportionately affected by structural inequities and systemic racism. I am confident in my ability to fight for equitable access to healthcare services, initiatives, and resources as a public health professional with an in-depth grasp of knowledge. Most importantly, I'd like to thank everyone who has accompanied me during this process, especially my family and friends, who have provided constant love and support. Undeniably, their indispensability enabled me to complete my degree program despite these exceptional circumstances.
