Are you an MPH or Dr.PH in need of public health field experience? OKOLOGIE.ORG serves as a practicum institution for students seeking practical field experience. It provides the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills acquired in an academic program by applying them to a public health agency or other environments where a public health function is performed.

Students work with the practicum director to identify, organize, and complete a satisfactory field experience that fulfills their program’s practicum requirements.

Objectives

Develop the skills or competencies acquired in an academic program by applying them to a public health practice setting·Acquire skills that are useful in public health professions and are not available through academic instruction

Understand the political, economic, social, and organizational context in which public health activities are conducted; our MPH and Dr.PH practicum program provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in the field of public health and healthcare administration. It is designed to provide a solid foundation in the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful public health professional.

The program is supervised by a doctoral-level advisor who works closely with each student to design an individualized practicum assignment that meets the student's professional goals and interests.
